In these Terms and Conditions, ‘The Experience Golf’ refers to a trading name of Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited, which is registered in England under company number 2114954.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, these Conditions, which supersede any earlier sets of Conditions, shall override any terms and conditions stipulated, incorporated or referred to by clients and/or customers of The Experience Golf (whether in the ‘booking’ or elsewhere) and all guarantees, warranties, or conditions not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. No amendments to these Conditions are allowed save those which may be agreed in writing by an authorised officer of The Experience Golf.
1. These terms and conditions set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Codes (Discount Codes). Please note that our standard terms and conditions of purchase (and ticket Terms & Conditions, where relevant) apply in respect of any bookings placed using a Discount Code.
2. By confirming your order using the Discount Code, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
3. Each Discount Code can only be used online at TheExperienceGolf.com to purchase a single specific product (qualifying item), which are the following:
- Father and Son Tournament
- Northern Ireland Signature Tour
- Home of Golf Tour
- Ireland Signature Tour
- St Andrews Spring Tour
- St Andrews and North Berwick Signature Tour
- The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush.
Discount Codes are not redeemable on bespoke tours online, 5 Night St Andrews Tour, Open Venues Signature Tour or for any tours sold offline.
4. How to redeem a Discount Code: Add the qualifying product to your basket. Complete the checkout process. Email [email protected] and state that you have made an online booking, for us to process your electronic gift card.
5. Only 1 Discount Code can be redeemed against a single booking.
6. The Discount Code is limited to 1 qualifying product on any booking.
7. The Discount Code can only be used once per customer, unless clearly stated.
9. The Discount Code may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts or offers.
10. The Discount Code may be used by the specific marketed recipient only. Every recipient of a Discount Code cannot publicly share details of the Discount Voucher, nor promote it. The Experience Golf reserve the right to cancel bookings if they believe the Discount Code has been misused.
11. This Discount Code is only valid, and therefore must be redeemed against a booking, completed between 00:01 29 November 2024 and 23:59 1 December 2024.
12. Each Discount Code is valid subject to available stock.
13. Each Discount Code has a face value of £250 and is non-transferrable.
14. The Experience Golf reserves the right to modify the terms of any Discount Code, or withdraw any Discount Code, at any time.
