When you think of Scotland, the first drink that probably comes to mind is whisky, and whilst the country produces arguably the best tasting whisky in the world, they also produce some incredible gin - so why not try your hand at becoming a distiller for the day?

During your day, you will learn about the art of distillation and what it takes to create a great tasting gin. You will create your bespoke gin recipe, using botanicals many of which are grown in the distillery’s garden and your guide will be able to advise you on flavours, to ensure you get the balance to suit your tastes.

Once you have decided on your flavours, its time to start making your unique one-of-a-kind gin using a copper still. Whilst the flavours amalgamate, you will enjoy a tour of the Darnley’s Distillery, whilst sipping on a few refreshing Darnley’s G&T’s.

Once your gin is ready, it’s time to fill, label and name your unique creation which you can then take home to enjoy. If you find you have created a masterpiece and want to create more, the distillery will keep your recipe on file - so you can always order more and relive your magical experience when the next bottle arrives.
