About Trump International Golf Links Old Course
With six separate tees at every hole, Trump International provides huge enjoyment and satisfaction to less accomplished golfers while delivering an appetisingly stern test for experienced and highly skilled players. Although there are so many excellent Scottish golf courses to choose from, this one genuinely stands out.
Trump International Old Course includes one of the nation's biggest driving ranges, complete with north and south facing tees, extending a full 22 acres. Both the front and back nine return to the clubhouse and the course winds its way elegantly through the lovely natural contours of the land, enclosed by dunes and the stunning coastline. Its teeing area consists of more than a hectare of grass-covered land, perfect for practicing your skills. Add a 3500 square metre putting green plus truly luxurious facilities, including the five star clubhouse - and it's hard to resist.

Featured hole – Hole 1
Hole one at Trump International's Old Course is a little gem, the favourite of many a player. Its green sits on top of a natural ledge formed by a huge dune, which in turn provides an awesome backdrop to your game. You'll find yourself playing along a scenic valley paralleling the dunes, tackling a medium-length par-5 – challenge yourself to reach it within two shots like the most seasoned players. For the third shot you'll need to tackle three cross bunkers which effectively guard the lay-up area. Immense fun!

The golf itself is hugely enjoyable, tricky enough to please the strongest players, in part thanks to the high prevailing winds that can increase the difficulty of the play. Donald Trump International Aberdeen aspires to, ultimately, host a Championship or two, and are hoping the links proves good enough in the long term to do so. So, watch this space.
