Each experiences validity is dependent on the course and experience that you’re booking. Experiences durations can vary, and are valid until after the booked date. For more details check the specific terms and conditions of the experience you’re booking.
What if the recipient wants to change the experience?

You may wish to make alterations to your booking; however these must be made by the lead booker. All alterations to a booking are subject to availability and may be subject to administrative fees depending on the value of the new bookings compared to the original booking value. For more information, please speak to your Account Manager or get in touch with us.
Are golf clubs or equipment provided?

Yes, we do provide a club hiring service. Please just make us aware if you would like gents or ladies, as well as right or left-handed, so we can get a club best suited to you.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my round(s)?

Each golf course has its own individual weather policy meaning that all decisions concerning partial refunds or green fee vouchers are exclusively decided by the supplier.
